Common questions
Is there a per-event fee?
No. You pay for storage, not per event. Your storage subscription lets you run as many events as fit in your quota.
What happens when I hand over an album to my client?
You send your client a hand-over link. They get a 30-day free window to subscribe. When they subscribe, their album moves to their billing and your storage quota is freed for your next shoot.
What if my client doesn't subscribe?
After 30 days their album becomes read-only (they can still view photos). After 90 days your storage is automatically freed. They can still subscribe later to restore download access.
How is the host album tier determined?
When your client opens the hand-over link, Pixbox measures the album size and recommends the right plan automatically. No guessing required.
